Mustafa's career began in manufacturing quality at Boeing Aerostructures Australia, on the 787 programme, where nothing ships without evidence. He then spent more than ten years in licensing, skills recognition and vocational education in Australia. He is an electrical engineer by training and works in English and Arabic.
That is where the method comes from: write down the requirement, build the record, and have a second person check it before it leaves the building.
