Eight regulated sectors. One way of working.
In each of these sectors a licence, a registration or a certificate decides who may operate. We know what each regulator asks for and in what order.

Financial services and fintech
Here the licence is the business model. A financial services licence, a credit licence, an AUSTRAC registration or a MiCA authorisation decides what you may sell and to whom.
- Financial services and credit licence application files, with the compliance framework behind them
- AML/CTF programmes, customer due diligence procedures and training records
- Readiness for MiCA, payment and e-money authorisation in the EU
- Readiness for authorisation in the MENA international financial centres
AFSL, ACL, AUSTRAC enrolment and registration, MiCA, payment institution and financial centre authorisation.
Health, disability and aged care
Registration is now the condition of funding. Since 1 July 2026 supported independent living and NDIS platform providers must be registered, and aged care providers register in six categories under the new Act.
- NDIS and aged care registration files
- Policy and evidence libraries, mapped clause by clause to the standards
- Audit preparation, registers and monthly operation
- Company registration, brand and website for new providers
NDIS provider registration, aged care provider registration, healthcare accreditation evidence.

Childcare and education
Approvals are granted to people and premises as well as to companies, and the order of work decides the timeline.
- Childcare provider and service approval roadmaps, by state
- Registered training organisation and CRICOS application files
- Policies, training records and self-assessment evidence
Childcare provider and service approval, RTO registration, CRICOS.
Construction, trades and labour hire
Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and the ACT license labour hire, and contractor licences are issued state by state. Larger principals ask for evidence before they award work.
- Labour hire licence applications in each licensing jurisdiction
- Contractor licence roadmaps and application files
- Safety and quality evidence for tenders
- Skills recognition for the people on the tools
Labour hire licences, building and trade contractor licences, ISO 9001.

Aerospace, aviation and advanced manufacturing
Aerospace buyers purchase from certified suppliers. AS9100 and AS9120 certification places a supplier in the industry's international supplier database.
- A quality management system built to AS9100 or AS9120
- Internal audit and preparation for the certification audit
- Supplier, traceability and non-conformance records
- Led by a founder who began his career in aerospace manufacturing quality
AS9100, AS9120, ISO 9001.
Trade, export and supply chain
Exporting regulated goods from Australia requires registration with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. Selling into a new market starts with the right entity there.
- Export registration files
- Entity set-up in Australia, Estonia and MENA jurisdictions
- EU VAT and One Stop Shop registration
- Country packs for each market you plan to enter
Export registration, company registration, EU VAT.

Professional services
Since 1 July 2026 lawyers, accountants, conveyancers and real estate professionals in Australia must run an AML/CTF programme. AUSTRAC now regulates close to 100,000 businesses.
- AML/CTF Readiness Sprint: risk assessment, programme, customer checks, training, evidence folder
- Monthly operation of the registers and reviews
- AML registration and programmes for professional firms across MENA
AUSTRAC enrolment, AML/CTF programme, AML registration in MENA jurisdictions.
Technology and digital platforms
Data, payments and platform rules reach technology companies early. NDIS digital platforms must now be registered, and crypto-asset services in the EU need a MiCA authorisation.
- GDPR compliance programmes and records
- ISO 27001 readiness for enterprise and government buyers
- An Estonian company and e-Residency for a remote EU base
- AI-enabled process audits with a person checking every result
GDPR, ISO 27001, MiCA, NDIS digital platform registration.
